Karson RJ Rosser, Registered Massage Therapist

Karson Rosser, RMT – Strength & Movement-Based Rehab

I was born and raised in Squamish, BC, where I spent most of my life exploring all kinds of physical pursuits. These days, I split my time between the gym and the track—my current side quest: learning how to sprint. When I’m not working or training, I’m probably reading, golfing, pulling espresso shots, or hanging out with my dog, Hank.

Over the years, I’ve learned that most people don’t need more massages—they need a plan. Something that actually gets to the root of the issue and moves them forward. That’s what I do.

I help active people recover from injury, resolve nagging pain, and improve how they move—using a blend of hands-on treatment, coaching, and strength-based rehab. The goal is simple: move better, build resilience, and stay strong enough to handle whatever comes next.

Massage alone won’t fix the issue. If something keeps flaring up, it’s because the underlying cause hasn’t been addressed. That’s where my approach comes in:

Assess – We figure out what’s really going on.

Treat – I use manual therapy to reduce symptoms and improve movement.

Train – We build strength and fix movement limitations to reduce future setbacks.

Throughout the process, we’ll work together to build a plan that makes sense for you—your goals, your schedule, your lifestyle. It’s collaborative, not cookie-cutter.

This isn’t about quick fixes or endless appointments. You’ll learn how to manage your body so you can keep doing what you love, even when things don’t go perfectly.

If you’re after a relaxation massage, I’m probably not your guy. But if you’re looking for a real solution—better movement, stronger performance, and a more capable body—let’s get to work.
